A VISIT TO MOTHER DIARY

Students of School of Medical and Allied Sciences visited Mother Dairy Plant, one of the largest liquid milk company in Asia situated in Patparganj, Delhi on January 24, 2018. The main objective of the visit was to apprise them about microbiological aspects in the preparation and storage of dairy products. Students visited different units of the plant, had an interactive session with the Director of Mother Dairy plant. They learnt various stages of milk processing like Standardization, Fortification, Clarification, Homogenization and Pasteurization and Distribution of milk. Students were found very enthusiastic and had a wonderful experience visiting the Mother Dairy plant.
