A seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in leadership roles across industry and academia.

Currently serving as the Head of Career Advancement & Training at GD Goenka University, he is instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance student employability, facilitate industry-academic integration, and foster skill development aligned with evolving market demands.

He holds a Masters degree in Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Development, a Six Sigma Certification from Motorola, and a Licentiate in Life Insurance (LI).

Additionally, he is certified in Student-Centric Active Learning from NTU Singapore, and has undertaken advanced certifications in Facilitation Skills. These credentials reflect a commitment to continuous learning and excellence in training delivery.

His extensive industry experience spans strategic planning, marketing, leadership development, and learning & development. In academia, he has successfully designed industry-aligned curricula, developed robust training architectures, and integrated learning frameworks with placement outcomes to ensure career readiness among students.

A strong advocate of holistic, student-centric development, Neeraj’s approach emphasizes experiential learning, leadership cultivation, and personalized career guidance. Through his stewardship, the Corporate Resource Center is strengthening partnerships with industry and creating impactful programs that support students in achieving their professional aspirations.

During Career journey his association was with the best of corporates & institutions such as Cadila Laboratories Ltd, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Max New York Life, Bharti Airtel group of companies,Chandigarh University & Galgotias University.

Mr. Amit Sharma

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in Corporate Relations, Training, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration into diversified sectors. During my assignments so far, I have very well translated initial concepts of business into real life customer experience with an attitude of taking the business to next level i.e. Training, Business Development and Operations by adhering to all company policies. My passion of taking the business to the next level always helped me building a great team/bench of people around me and continuous development of people resulted having smart team members who were always willing to contribute to organizational success. My Business skills, management skills, people skills, customer skills, training skills helped me in anticipating crucial issues much before they actually occur.

My professional journey began with Lifecell International, and over the years, I have gained diverse experience in recruitment, training & development, and corporate liaison.

Ms. Ruby Verma

I am Ruby Verma, Placement Manager at GD Goenka University, with experience in talent acquisition and corporate relations. Formerly with Coding Ninjas and IndiaMART, I focused on driving student placements, building industry partnerships, and creating career opportunities through strategic campus recruitment and engagement.

I am Farishta Sapra, Placement Executive at GD Goenka University, holding an MBA. I have been dedicated to facilitating student placements, establishing strong industry relationships, and supporting recruitment initiatives to provide students with valuable career opportunities.

I am Pooja Verma, Manager – Higher Education at the Corporate Resource Centre with 8 years of experience at GD Goenka University. I handle higher education data, specializing in NAAC/NIRF documentation, reporting, audit support, and data management to support institutional growth.
