Description

The Examination Department of G D Goenka University has automated all the examination key processes on the University's ERP. All examination processes are managed in the most efficient way with the help of ERP. Also, the exam automation ensures that all exam data is organized in the desired way and stored on a single, central platform which provides easy access to everyone involved in the examination process.

Examinations involve a lot of activities, right from student exam enrollment in the courses, exam fee, preparing exam roll lists and creating exam date sheet to generation of exam admit cards and many more. If all these activities are not carried in the proper sequence, it may lead to a lot of repetitive tasks due to missing or disorganized data, along with loss of crucial time. Description

National Academic Depository (NAD) is born out of an initiative to provide an online store house of all academic awards. National Academic Depository (NAD) is a 24X7 online store house of all academic awards viz.certificates, diplomas, degrees, mark-sheets etc. duly digitised and lodged by academic institutions / boards / eligibility assessment bodies. NAD not only ensures easy access to and retrieval of an academic award but also validates and guarantees its authenticity and safe storage.

This is to notify all the students of Degree/Diploma Programs of the GD Goenka University to create the APAAR ID (ABC Bank of Credits) on www.abc.gov.in or www.digilocker.gov.in without further delay. It is mandatory for all GD Goenka University’s active students of all Degree/Diploma programs to complete this process as per the instructions received from University Grant Commission (UGC) & Ministry of Education (MOE), Government of India (GOI).

Procedures for creating ABC ID :

  • Visit www.abc.gov.in or www.digilocker.gov.in
  • Click on my account -& Student;
  • For new users – click on “Sign up for Meri Pehchaan”
  • Enter your Mobile Number, and you will get OTP on your registered mobile number.
  • Fill in all necessary details and click on Verify.
  • Students will get an ABC id.
  • Students must send the copy of ABC ID to the School Coordinator via email and submit the hard copy to the School Coordinator.
  • School Coordinator has to submit the ABC ID of each student in desired excel format to the Examination Department along with the hard copy of ABC ID.
