An Industry collaborated panel discussion on ‘Role of Formal Education in Career Perspectives’ was organized on 13 September 2023.

Dr. Prerna Sharma, Moderator, commenced the discussion with a warm welcome. The panelists were asked questions regarding the implementation of NEP2020 in academics, industry's plans to align with National Education Policy and the evolving dynamics of HR practices.
