HR Summit \"Heuristic 2017\" organised by School of Management inaugurated at GD Goenka University
For the first time, GD Goenka School of Management organized HR Summit \"Heuristic 2017\" to interact with corporates honchos in the field of Human Resource. This is a great initiative to build a relation of University with corporate HR in various aspect of Industrial Training, Internship, & Campus Placements. This year theme based on “People, Purpose, Passion: Igniting Human Resources & Building Competencies for Next Generation Organizations”. The summit is an endeavor to discuss some leading issues and changing paradigms of HR. The underlying themes for the Summit is focus on the following issues.
a. Panel Discussion I- Driving Innovation through new HR paradigms
b. Plenary Session- Leader’s Insights: Imaging the next generation organization
c. Panel Discussion II- Wind of Change: The future of HR in the digital age.
