The Photography Club of BSA Techno-Cultural organized a Photography Competition ‘Snap it Right’ on 21 August 2024. The Competition was a dynamic showcase of creativity and skill in the realm of product photography. Aimed at nurturing artistic expression and fostering a deeper appreciation for the craft, this event brought together a group of enthusiastic young photographers eager to demonstrate their talent. The highlight of the event was the unique and engaging product assignment process. Group leaders took to the stage, each selecting a chit from a bowl. Each chit contained the name of a different product, which would become the focus of their creative endeavour. With their assigned products, participants set out to capture stunning photographs that highlighted their artistic vision and technical prowess. The air buzzed with excitement as the participants worked diligently, experimenting with angles, lighting, and composition to bring their products to life.
The Fashion Club of BSA Techno-Cultural organized a dazzling inter-university competition on 23 October 2024. The event opened with a soulful musical performance, setting the tone for a day of style and innovation. The NCU Team kicked off the runway presentations with their bold designs, followed by KR Manglam, Manav Rachna, and Galgotias University, each bringing their unique flair to minimalist fashion. An energetic dance performance added vibrancy, keeping the audience captivated. Duet performances, including collaborations by Manav Rachna and the host university, added a creative twist to the event, showcasing collaborative fashion magic. The evening concluded with the announcement of winners, recognizing the standout presentations of the day.
The Entrepreneurship Club - Board of Student Activities at GD Goenka University organized a Mock Auction on January 22, 2025 drawing in around 40 eager participants & providing a unique platform for everyone to develop key entrepreneurial skills. Participants engaged in a dynamic and competitive environment, honing their negotiation, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. The winning team, "Red Star Belgrade," comprised Pranay Sharma, Paarth Mishra, Mohit Raj Singh, and Milan Sreshth Yadav. This valuable experience equipped students with practical knowledge and insights, empowering them to pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations.
The Publication Club of BSA Techno-Cultural organized, Avlokan 2.0, an inter-university competition on 6 September 2023. The event had two components- caricature presentation and poster presentation under the theme of the G20 summit. The event was judged by Dr. Rajiv Ranjan, Assistant Professor, KR Mangalam University and Dr. Pawanjeet Kaur, Assistant Professor, GD Goenka University and saw enthusiastic participation by students. The participants for poster presentation were judged upon the delivery of ideas, neatness and content of the poster. The first prize was bagged by Amardeep Shahi, MTech, Batch 2023-2025, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida and the second position went to Ansh Bhardwaj, BA (H) Psychology, Batch 2022-2025,School of Humanities, Social Sciences & Education, GD Goenka University. The participants for caricature were assessed on criterions of creativity, clarity, originality, concept, analysis and neatness. The first and second position went to Soumya Mishra and Shirsha Das respectively, both students of B.Design,Batch 2023-2027, UID Unitedworld Institute of Design, GD Goenka University. The winners and runner ups were also awarded with an internship to Singapore and Goa by the sponsor of the event, Learning While Travelling (LWT) Pvt. Ltd.
The drama club of BSA Techno-Cultural organized an Inter-University drama event “Act It Out!” on 10 April, 2024. There were a number of participants in the event. The participants included Lady Shri Ram College, DU and the host University. Guest performances were also given portraying the beauty of flute with western classics and other members in musical items. There was a great variety in the performances that included Monologues, recitation of heart-felt poetry, Indian classics of Lord Krishna and Mahabharat. The participants performed very marvelously and there was quite a large audience who were enthusiastic and supportive with each act performed.
The Dance Club of BSA Techno-Cultural organized an inter-university solo dance competition on 20 September 2023. The event saw overwhelming participation from several universities and colleges from Delhi NCR. The event was judged by renowned choreographer and dancer, Mr. Harsh, who has also judged Punjab Got Talent, Season 2. Tough rounds of competition saw Sahil Singh, DPG College, emerge as the winner, followed by Dheeraj Sharma, DPG College, at the second place and Ankita Sharma KLP College, at the third place. The event was a grand success.
The Art Club of BSA Techno-Cultural hosted an exciting event, CoverMania, on 06 November 2024, celebrating creativity and artistic expression. This vibrant event united students passionate about art, design, and literature, offering them a platform to showcase their talents. Participants explored diverse genres such as romance, fantasy, science fiction, horror, and general fiction, enabling them to choose themes that aligned with their artistic strengths and creative visions. The entries demonstrated exceptional creativity, with designs reflecting a wide range of styles—from vibrant hues and bold typography to minimalist and abstract concepts. The judges commended the participants’ originality and technical mastery.

The MUN Club of BSA Techno-Cultural organized an MUN Event titled, Expositio on 13 September 2023. The event saw enthusiastic participation by universities across Delhi-NCR which saw enthusiastic participation by prestigious universities across Delhi-NCR including Govt PG College Sec 9; Fairfield Institute of Management & Technology, New Delhi; GGSIPU; Maitreyi College, Delhi University; Lady Shri Ram College for Women, DU & KR Mangalam University. The theme of the event was “Space Law”. The event saw some great moments of learning as students representing various countries enthusiastically presented their point of view. The event saw Adisha Chandel and Sonali Bosh from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, representing Vietnam, being awarded the Best Delegate of the Event.
The International Club of BSA Techno-Cultural organized an Inter-University talent show competition on 8 November 2023, titled Spectra. The event included multiple categories including poetry, singing, fashion and dance and saw enthusiastic participants showcasing their talents variously in the category of choice. The event saw distinguished guests from the Embassy of Bhutan, the Association of African Students, and Artemis Hospital.

The event was a vibrant celebration of poetic expression and witnessed an outpouring of creativity and passion from participants and audience members alike. Sixteen talented individuals took centre stage, each armed with their arsenal of words and emotions. From poignant tales of love and loss to inspiring narratives of resilience and hope, the Shayaris presented were a testament to the depth of human experience and creativity. The event was judged by Dr. Teena Parmar, Dr. Savita Yadav, and Dr. Ankur Sharma, Assistant Professor, School of Law on criteria of content, emotional impact, and overall performance. The climax of the competition arrived with the announcement of the winners.
The Event Management Club of BSA Techno-Cultural organized an event Management Meltdown on 03 April 2024. The event was a captivating opportunity for enthusiastic participants to showcase their ability to brainstorm ideas for new and creative events. The event comprised of four rounds- Event Brainstorming, Budgeting, Crisis Management and Marketing, testing their on-spot creativeness and management skills while they created their event layout in accordance with the broad theme of the event ‘cultural’. The diversity of ideas under this theme reflected their management skills along with their innovativeness and creativeness.
The EXPOSITIO MUN conference curated by BSA Techno-Cultural's MUN Club on 20 January 2024, showcased adept diplomacy. The event featured the Financial Action Task Force Committee. Delegates deliberated on global issues like world finance and terrorism, leading to a crucial unmoderated caucus. The crisis management skills of the delegates were checked with a sudden crisis —the emergence of U.S. troops at Pakistan's border. The conference concluded with paper evaluations and an award ceremony, recognizing outstanding contributions and diplomatic prowess. This MUN conference epitomized rich discussions, critical thinking, and effective diplomatic solutions, proving a valuable experience for all. The awards for the day included the Best Delegate Award which went to Vivvan David, representing USA, Grade XI, Amity International School; the award for High Commendation went to Disha, representing India, BA LLB, Batch 2022-2027, School of Law and the award for Special Mention went to Rohini Lahiri, representing Canada, B. The BSA Publication Club's 'Mind Jiu-Jitsu' trivia event, held on 17 January 2024, was a thrilling showcase of intellect and competition. Drawing 51 participants, including 21 pairs and 9 solo contenders, the contest spanned diverse categories like movies, general knowledge, space and science, anime and fiction, jack in the box, and sports. The event began with a rigorous pen-and-paper round where participants tackled 40 questions in 15 minutes. The top 8 teams advanced to face off in head-to-head battles during the second round, where quick thinking and fast buzzing were pivotal. The third round intensified as 4 teams navigated 5 challenging questions, leading to the climactic rapid-fire finale. The event showcased vibrant intellectual community, blending entertainment with a culture of learning and healthy rivalry. The success of 'Mind Jiu-Jitsu' underscored the fusion of enjoyment and enrichment in intellectual pursuits, leaving a lasting impact on participants and spectators alike. On the auspicious occasion of Vasant Panchami, the BSA Techno-Cultural, in collaboration with the School of Medical & Allied Sciences orchestrated an engaging and vibrant painting competition for students as also a kite flying fun event for faculties. The event saw enthusiastic participation by students eager to showcase their artistic talents. The event was a hub of creative energy as individuals passionately expressed themselves on canvas and in the sky with colourful kites. Participants poured their hearts into their paintings, capturing the essence of Vasant Panchami, while the skies above were adorned with an array of uniquely designed kites. The poster making competition saw Khushi Pandey and Kriti Singh, BPT, Batch 2023-2027, School of Medical & Allied Sciences emerge winners followed by Harshita Rajoria, BPT, Batch 2021-2025, School of Medical & Allied Sciences as the runner up. Rhythmic Raga was an exciting music competition organized by the Music Club, showcasing a diverse array of talent across three distinct categories: Western Solo Singing, Bollywood Solo Singing, and Solo Instrumental. With a total of 28 participants, the event promised an electrifying atmosphere filled with melodious performances that catered to a variety of musical tastes. In the Western Solo Singing category, participants showcased their vocal prowess through a range of genres. Each performer had the opportunity to express their unique style, aiming to captivate the audience and judges with their interpretation and artistry.
This segment highlighted not only individual talent but also the global influence of Western music. The Bollywood Solo Singing category celebrated the vibrant and emotive songs of Indian cinema. Contestants brought their favorite hits to life, using their voices to evoke the drama and passion characteristic of Bollywood. Additionally, the Solo Instrumental category featured talented musicians performing a variety of instruments, demonstrating technical skill and creativity. Together, these categories created a dynamic and enriching experience for participants and attendees alike, fostering a spirit of musical camaraderie and appreciation.

Redux was an exciting movie poster redesign competition organized by the NEXUS Graphics and Media Club, showcasing a creativity. With a total of 23 participants, the event promised an atmosphere filled with out of the box creativity and ideas. Participants were judged based on the basis of originality, creativity, and how well the new design represents the essence of the film. Whether they were a budding graphic designer or a movie enthusiast, this was the perfect event to showcase their design skills.
