Ms. Shreya Goswami is an Assistant Professor in the School of Law, G.D. Goenka University, India. She has more than three years of industry experience in the field of law. During her practice, she has appeared before various High Courts, Civil Courts, etc. matrimonial, DRT, and other civil matters. She has completed her education at prestigious institutions in India. During her education, she also received the opportunity to understand the Chinese Political and Legal System at the East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai, China. Prior to joining GDGU she taught Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Human Rights Law at JNU, Jaipur.

Ms. Shreya Goswami is skilled in the area of Business & Corporate Law. She has completed her masters in the area and has secured a Gold Medal. She also qualified for NTA-NET in 2018 and 2022. Her areas of interest are Business Law, International Law, etc. Her recent publication was in World Affairs Journal on the topic of International Terrorism.
