Introduction:
Sandeep C. is an assistant professor at GD Goenka School of Law, Gurugram, and a part-time Ph.D. research scholar at NUALS, Kochi. His academic pursuits in legal education and research, which began in 2018, are grounded in a deep appreciation for jurisprudence and public international law. His work often explores the interplay between human rights and international economic law, with a focus on enriching the discourse around legal aid and governance.
With a history of teaching at various law colleges across India, Sandeep has shared his knowledge on a wide array of subjects, including human rights law and jurisprudence. Sandeep’s academic credentials include an LL.M. in public international law and a BA.LL.B from the University of Kerala.
His research during his LL.M. focused on corporate social responsibility and international economic law. His ongoing Ph.D. research delves into Human Rights and Law Relating to International Monetary Law. He is also one among the faculty coordinators of the university’s Legal Aid Centre .
