Introduction: Mr. Pankaj Chhuttani is an Assistant Professor in the School of Law at GD Goenka University. He completed his five years of law from the School of Law, UPES Dehradun. After this, he completed his LL.M. from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur, and qualified the UGC-NET in Law in his first attempt.
Presently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in law from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala, in Competition Law. He has several publications in various reputed journals listed in various databases, such as UGC- CARE, Scopus, etc. He has also participated in various national and international conferences and seminars where he has showcased his research skills by covering emerging issues of law.
His areas of interest revolve around the field of corporate law, more specifically Company Law, Competition Law, Securities Law, IBC, ADR, etc. and Research Methodology.
