College/University: Miranda House & Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai.

Introduction:

Ms.EktaYadav is currently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Law, GD Goenka University, Gurugram. Prior to this, she has worked at School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun and Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar. She completed her B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She then went on to pursue her Bachelor’s in Law (LL.B) from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. Thereafter, she completed her LL.M - Human Rights Law from The Northcap University and secured gold medal in her batch. With an aim to expand her academic base beyond her specialization, she went on to pursue another LL.M in Corporate and Commercial laws from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai and secured another gold medal there.She has keen interest in Corporate and Commercial laws, Public International Lawand Human Rights Law and feels motivated to contribute to these fields as an academician and a researcher.

Additionally, she holds a PG Diploma in International Law and Diplomacy from Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi and has pursued various certificate courses viz. an online certificate course on International Humanitarian Law from Leiden University, Netherlands, Certificate course on Law and Economics from GNLU, Gandhinagar. She has also published research articles in leading Law journals and has presented research papers at various National and International conferences and seminars.
