Currently pursuing a PhD at Gujarat Maritime University under the esteemed guidance of Prof. S Shantha Kumar, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to academic excellence. My qualifications include a commendable score in the National Eligibility Test (NET), an LLM in Personal Law from the University of Rajasthan, and a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) from the University Five Year Law College, University of Rajasthan. Throughout my career, I have held prominent positions in academia, including serving as Head of Department In-charge and teaching various law subjects such as Civil Procedural Law and Family Law. My rich professional background also encompasses practical experience as a practicing advocate in Rajasthan High Court Bench Jaipur and other courts, where I handled diverse legal matters and drafted a wide range of legal documents. Additionally, my contributions to legal scholarship include published research papers and co-authored works, demonstrating my dedication to advancing the field of law.
