Introduction: Dr. Ankita Sharma is an enthusiastic academic with a strong foundation in Law. She is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the School of Law at GD Goenka University, Haryana. Prior to joining GDGU she worked at SGT University as Associate Professor and Amity University as Assistant Professor of Law.
An alumna of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, she holds a Doctorate degree in Corporate-Environmental Law and a Master’s in Corporate Law with a research focus on Corporate and Commercial Laws, Environmental Laws and has a keen interest in International Laws and ADR Mechanisms.
With over 11 years of varied experience in academics, research, and industry, she has presented papers in numerous National and International Conferences and Seminars and has published several Books, Research Papers and Chapters in several reputed and esteemed National and International Journals and Books.
