An alumnus of Cornell University and Culinary Institute of America, Sudipto has a rich experience of about three decades working at the intersection of three broad areas: Culinary Arts, F&B design and Retail concepts.
He has led diverse teams across different properties towards implementing sustainable initiatives within hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses. He is particularly proud of helping
businesses participating in UNGC to create and conform to COP and also helping properties achieve environmental certification.
Sudipto has great interest in culinary anthropology and how it shapes the regional culinary practices in India. Other than inspiring young minds, he tours across the country to discover regional food and tribal cuisine.
