Prerna is a Senior learning facilitator at Le Cordon Bleu India. Her culinary journey began with a Bachelors in Culinary Arts at Ecole Ducasse India Campus. Building on this foundation, Prerna honed her skills during her tenure at ITC Royal Bengal and JW Marriott Kolkata, contributing to the
hotel's culinary excellence.

Prerna's accolades include winning the prestigious Junior Pastry India Cup and representing Team India at the Junior Pastry World Championship held at SIGEP. These experiences have not only shaped
her expertise but also instilled a commitment to innovation and creativity in pastry arts.

She has ventured into the realms of Sugar Art and Chocolate Art, transforming her artistic vision into breathtaking edible creations. She finds immense joy in working with these mediums, pushing the
boundaries of traditional pastry techniques to craft awe-inspiring delicacies.
