Introduction:

Mr. Arsh is an IHM Meerut graduate and commenced his professional journey with the Oberoi Group during which he has held managerial, Executive & supervisory positions at The Oberoi Motor Vessel Vrinda, The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Amarvilas, and Trident Cochin.

During his 10 years of association with the Oberoi's Arsh has successfully completed the Certified Departmental Training, Supervisory, Executive, and Management Development Programs from the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development. He was instrumental in the set up of the STEP
programme at Trident Cochin and coached STEP associates at the Oberoi Group during his tenure with the group. 

He also has 5 years of managerial experience working with The United Group of Restaurants and was instrumental in driving revenue growth for them.
