Introduction: Dr. Shaveta Ahalwat is an Assistant Professor, School of Healthcare & Allied Sciences, GD Goenka University since 2022.

Dr. Shaveta Ahalwat is an expert in the area of nanotechnology with a background in formulation and development. She has completed her B. Pharmacy from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, and M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) from PGIIMS, Rohtak. She has completed her Ph.D. from Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar (India). She has started her carrier in academic position as a Lecturer of Pharmaceutics and presently working as Assistant Professor at School of Medical and Allied Sciences, GD Goenka University (India). She has more than 9 years of experience in both teaching and research.She has published various research papers in reputed national and international journals.Dr. Shaveta Ahalwat has made numerous contributions during her09 years of professional career including nose to brain-targeted drug delivery system, lungs targeted drug delivery system and skin cancer using novel lipid nanocarrier formulations. Dr. Shaveta has published more than 11 research papers, 2 books and 3granted patents. She has guided 5 M.Pharm students and awarded their degree under her supervision. Currently, She is supervising 3 M.Pharmstudents and2 PhD research scholars.

Dr Shaveta had made various novel lipid formulation for the treatment of tuberculosis during her research journey. Apart from that, she has served as an attendance In-charge, NAAC Criteria 2.0 In-charge, member of research committee and many more during her academic carrier.

Dr. Shaveta Ahalwat has a sound skill in formulation development and expertise in various fields of teaching and research.
