Introduction:

Ms. Ritu is an Assistant Professor, School of Healthcare & Allied Sciences, GD Goenka University since 2023.

Ritu is an experienced Pharmacologist with a passion for unravelling the complexities of living organisms at the molecular level. With a Pharmacy in Pharmacology from M.D.U, Rohtak, Ritu has dedicated 5 years to research and teaching in the field. Throughout Ritu's career, she has worked as a senior research fellow (ICMR) at DPSRU, Delhi, contributing to groundbreaking studies in areas such as neuropharmacology, diabetic retinopathy, and diabetic cardiomyopathy. Her commitment to advancing scientific knowledge is reflected in a substantial body of published research articles in leading peer-reviewed journals. She has been a faculty member at Advanced Educational Institutions and GD Goenka University for more than 6 years, where She has inspired and mentored numerous students pursuing careers in pharmacy. In addition to the present work, she has authored/co-authored 3 books and more than 10 review and research papers, showcasing their expertise in pharmacology. She has 5 UK designs and an Indian patent.

Ms. Ritu has transformed many pharmacy students by providing industrial skills, initiating special projects and driving best practices which led to the record placements.
