Ms. Minakshi is a proficient professional in public health management, clinical research operations, and academic administration. She serves as an Assistant Professor at the School of Healthcare and Allied Sciences (SoHAS), G.D. Goenka University. Her expertise spans teaching, training, research, and administrative responsibilities within academic and public health settings.

She is skilled in developing and conducting community outreach programs and educating and creating awareness about public health initiatives. Additionally, she has extensive experience in conducting surveys, performing quality assurance and control, and analyzing survey data for evidence-based public health interventions.

Research Area - Ms. Minakshi’s research interests are centered on the healthcare delivery system, with a particular focus on the Anemia Mukt Bharat policy. She investigates the policy's implementation and impact across rural and urban populations, exploring critical areas such as anemia prevalence, intervention effectiveness, and community health education.
