Ms. Laxmi Rani is an Assistant Professor, School of Healthcare & Allied Sciences, GD Goenka University since 2022.

Laxmi Rani is an expert in the area of pharmaceutics with a background in drug delivery. She brings in 9+years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutics. Prior to joining GDGU in 2022, she was working as Assistant Professor at DIPSAR, Delhi Pharmaceutical Science and Research University, and Advanced Institute of Pharmacy, Palwal. Throughout Laxmi's career, she has worked as a research fellow at DPSRU, Delhi, contributing to groundbreaking studies in areas such as targeted drug delivery, nanotechnology, analytical method development, and rheumatoid arthritis. Her commitment to advancing scientific knowledge is reflected in a substantial body of published research articles in leading peer-reviewed journals. In addition to the present work, she has authored/co-authored 2 books and more than 15 review and research papers, showcasing their expertise in pharmaceutics. She has 3 UK designs patent.

Ms. Laxmi Rani has transformed many pharmacy students by providing industrial skills, initiating special projects and driving best practices which led to the record placements.
