Introduction:

Dr. Rubina Bhutani, PhD, is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy, School of Healthcare & Allied Sciences, G.D. Goenka University, Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana. She has experience of more than 11 years in research, teaching and administrative experience.

Her main area of research focuses on designing, synthesis and characterization of novel medicinal compounds as antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and improvement of cognitive decline dysfunctioning. In addition, she also holds proficiency in computational aided drug design. Dr. Bhutani has authored two books, several book chapters and published over 40 + research and review articles in her research journey. She has over 648 citations and an H- index of 12. Dr. Bhutani has guided several Ph.D. and master’s students. She is also an active reviewer for several prestigious national and international journals. Her profound contributions to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry highlight her dedication to innovation and academic excellence.
