Introduction:

Dr. Rahul Pratap Singh is serving as a Professor in the Pharmaceutics in the Department of Pharmacy, School of Healthcare & Allied Sciences, while also holding the additional position of Assistant Dean, Research at GD Goenka University, Sohna, Gurugram, India. He has over 13 years of teaching, research and administrative experience at various levels within the School and University.

He has successfully guided two Ph.D. research scholars who has made significantly contributed and published 20 articles in Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Citation Index Expanded indexed journals of international repute. Additionally, he has also mentored nine M. Pharm. research scholars, resulting in the publication of more than six papers from their research work.

Dr. Singh has effectively executed and implemented various research projects, including an extramural research project funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), New Delhi, and a SEED grant sanctioned through GD Goenka University.

Currently, Dr. Singh is guiding three more Ph.D. research scholars and one M. Pharm. student. Since 2017, he has played a role in organizing various conferences, workshops, hand-on training sessions and faculty development programs at GD Goenka University.

He has published over 50 research papers in prestigious, internationally recognized journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Citation Index Expanded, many of which have high impact factors. His extensive body of research work boasts a cumulative impact factor exceeding 155, with h-index 16 and more than 1300 citations, reflecting the significant influence and global recognition of his research contributions.

Research Area – Advanced Nanomedicines, Biomaterials and Polymer Science, Cancer Imaging and Therapy, Central Nervous System Disorders, Diabetes and Hypertension Management, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics, Receptor-Targeted Delivery of Bioactive Molecules in Disease Therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Bone Regeneration.
