Introduction: Dr. Shilpa is a highly accomplished expert in material science, specializing in nanotechnology, with extensive experience in experimental research. She has over six years of academic experience and has made significant scholarly contributions, including multiple SCI and Scopus-indexed journal publications, book chapters, an authored book, two patents, and two conference proceedings. She has presented her research at numerous national and international conferences, receiving “Best Paper” awards for her outstanding contributions. Dr. Shilpa also serves as a reviewer for the esteemed Elsevier journal Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials (JMMM). Prior to her current role, she served as the Head of the Department (HoD) of Physics at N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna, Gurugram. She has actively contributed to various institutional committees. Her dedication to teaching and research underscores her commitment to advancing material science and inspiring future scientists.
