Visit to “Kamalini” NGO
Student volunteers of Legal Support Service Commitee organised legal awareness session at “Kamalini” NGO on 17th April, 2019. The talk was organised for female students from age group 15-40 years enrolled in the NGO to raise awareness about their right to information, right to education, Mukhyamantrishagunyojna, sanitary napkin scheme for health and hygiene and most importantly procedure to filing complaints at CM window. Many other socio-legal issues were addressed by the team. Also, they briefed the girls and women about District Legal Services Authority which provides free legal aid.
