Forensic Science students visit to three key facilities of AIIMS, Delhi namely ‘Mortuary for Autopsy Procedures’, ‘Forensic Toxicology Laboratory’, and ‘Forensic DNA Fingerprint Laboratory’ on 20 October 2023.

The visit provided valuable insights into the practical aspects of Forensic science and it enhanced the understanding of the techniques, equipment, and protocols used in forensic toxicology, DNA profiling, and autopsy procedures. The visit emphasized the critical role of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in forensic investigations.

Overall, it was an interesting and enriching experience that bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the field of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology and Forensic Science.
