On the 16th of June,  Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Andreas Seela (Pacojet, Switzerland) and Mr. Paarth Dewan (Andy Manhart Verpaco India Pvt Ltd). They were impressed with the refreshments curated by our students and thrilled with the tour of Le Cordon Bleu Gurgaon facility. Mr. Seela then interacted with the Diploma students in the bakery. He gave an insight of how to use and maintain a Pacojet. He used his expertise to elaborate on all the machine’s potential uses, including making sorbets, ice creams, farces, mousses, soups, concentrates, mixtures, and much more. Pacojet has become an essential feature of professional kitchens worldwide used by top chefs.
