Heuristic HR SUMMIT
GD Goenka University , School of Management , organised an event HEURISTIC 2024:HR SUMMIT on Embracing Agility in HR practices” for management students on February 23,2024
The event included esteem panel discussion by Ms. Rachna Singh Bhal -Chief General Manager at NTPC Ltd., Dr. Nirupama Srivastav-Group CHRO Kreate Global, Mrs. Deepa Vats -Director Psyche Panacea, Ms. Megha Agarwal -Director Hays Business Solutions and Mr. Sudarshan Bose- Associate Director Willis Towers Watson.
The aim of summit was to make students understand the meaning of agile HR in real working environment. It was an engaging session where students learnt how embracing agility needs a focus on flexibility, cross collaboration with a rapid response and creating the culture of continuous improvement to foster a learning mindset. The event was a great learning, initiated by HR CLUB at school of management under the guidance of HR faculties .
