Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality and Tourism on 3rd May 2023 ,  welcomed Ms Shivanie Mirchandani CEO of an inspiring gelato brand  Minus 30. She addressed the hospitality students and motivated them to follow their passion with hard work and persistence which has got her brand name and fame . Her mother, an alumnus of LCB London has been a continuous support and inspiration to get this concept incepted.Her secret to success was to  strive to recreate what they  grew up enjoying. Memories of fun-filled decadence of their  mothers’ home-made chocolate ice cream . We all were inspired and elated  to see the young lady go miles  and give our students a direction and dreams to follow.
