Talk by Industry Partners
On 12 September 2023, School organized an expert talk in collaboration with IBM India Pvt. Ltd. and L&T Edutech. This event aimed to provide valuable insights into the Manufacturing Industry, the role of Digital Technologies, Emerging Trends in Civil Engineering, and Industry Expectations.
The event featured distinguished speakers from IBM and Larsen and Toubro and was attended by faculty members, staff, and students from GD Goenka University. The event commenced with a warm welcome from Prof. (Dr.) Manish Prateek, Dean expressing the importance of such collaborative efforts and knowledge sharing.
The event comprised of three session namely ‘Emerging Trends in IT infrastructure and Cloud computing and virtualizations’ by Mr. ViqaruddinSurki, IBM India Pvt. Ltd., ‘Introduction to Manufacturing Industry and Role of Digital Technologies’ by Mr. Mani Shankar Chakraborty, Larsen and Toubro and ‘Emerging trends in Civil Engineering and Industry Expectations’ by Mr. R. Balasubramanian (L&T EduTech).
