The Mystery Matrix Forensic Science Club at GD Goenka University hosted an engaging Expert Lecture and Poster Presentation Competition that brought forensic and biological science students together for a day of insight and innovation.
Mrs. Richa Mehta, Assistant Director and Incharge of the Forensic Science Laboratory, Bhondsi, Haryana, delivered a compelling lecture on crime scene investigations, covering drowning, suicide, and homicide cases while highlighting the significance of circumstantial evidence. The interactive Q&A session that followed deepened students’ understanding of forensic science.
The Poster Presentation Competition featured 14 brilliant participants, with top prizes awarded to:

Ritika (B.Sc.(H) Forensic Science, 2022-25)
Prakathi (B.Sc. (H) Forensic Science, 2023-26)
Meticulously organized under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) K. Thammi Reddy (Dean, SoES), Prof. Naresh Sharma (HoD), Dr. Priyanka Sharma, and Ms. Mala Bharti, with valuable support from Mr. Fakhruddin Ahmad, Dr. Rinkal Chaudhary, and Ms. Chintakayal Purnima, the event was a resounding success.
