The orientation programme was organized from 17 August 2015 to 19 August 2015 for all its nine schools namely School of Architecture and Planning, School of Communication, School of Education, School of Engineering, School of Fashion and Design, School of Hospitality, School of Humanities, School of Law and School of Management. The major objective of the programme was to make the parents and the students aware of the academic aspects of the courses, rules and regulations of the university and to ensure parental participation in mentoring the performance and progress of the students. It also aimed at bringing convergence among expectations of the students, the industry and the University.
