GD Goenka University

Students of school of Medical and Allied Sciences visited Mother Dairy, one of the largest milk companies in Asia situated in Patparganj, Delhi on 25th Feb, 2022. The main objective of the visit was to give industrial exposure to our students. They visited different units of the plant, had an interactive session with the senior superintendent of Mother Dairy. They learnt various stages of milk processing like Standardization, Fortification, Clarification, Homogenization and Pasteurization and Distribution of milk. Adding on to this, they had a visit to logistics unit. The students were found very enthusiastic and had a wonderful experience visiting this plant.
