On 17Aug 2023, Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality & Tourism welcomed  Chef Sireesh Saxena  Former Vice President cum Corporate Chef for India Tourism Development Corporation and  Dr Chef Balendra Singh Academic Director/ Executive Pastry Chef Institute of Bakery and Culinary Arts.
