School of Law, G D Goenka University conducted a Guest lecture on “Comparative Study of Family Law of Poland & India” on 1st November, 2017 by Ms. Urszula Stoz Czajowska, a guardian to Family and Juvenile affairs, Krzyki District Court, Poland for more than 25 years.



The difference in Family Laws of India and Poland was discussed along with a comparative analysis of family laws of both the countries. She mainly emphasised on custody laws, age of marriage, bigamy & polygamy and judicial separation. Insight into Polish Family Laws was a great learning experience.
