On the 13th of July,  Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality had the pleasure of welcoming  Chef Ansab Khan (Executive Chef- Burma Burma). He visited our campus along with his team of two chefs, who delivered a specially curated workshop for our Diploma in Culinary arts students. The workshop reflected the similarities between Burmese and Indian cuisine. The students learnt how to prepare some authentic Burmese vegetarian dishes and had great learning.

The workshop was enriching and fruitful and  ended with a special vegan meal prepared by our final trimester Diploma students for Chef Khan and his Burma Burma team. The MOU was signed between LCB SoHT and  Burma Burma and established significant opportunities for our students for their internship and placements.
