An educational visit to Penam Laboratories Limited, Dharuhera on 14 November 2024 provided students with hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, and research and development processes. Participants observed advanced production techniques, stringent quality assurance measures, and innovative R&D practices. The visit bridged theory with practical application, enhanced understanding of industry standards, and fostered interest in pharmaceutical sciences. Interactive sessions with experts offered valuable insights into safety, compliance, and career opportunities, making it a resounding success. Dr. Kirti Amresh Gautam, Assistant Professor and Dr. Smita Kumari, Assistant Professor organized and executed the visit.
