6th HR Summit focusing on “Navigating Future Workplaces with 3Ts – Trust, Talent & Technology.”

GD Goenka University, School of Management successfully hosted its 6th HR Summit on February 27, 2024, focusing on “Navigating Future Workplaces with 3Ts – Trust, Talent & Technology.”

The event brought together industry leaders, with Mr. Kamaljit Bhullar (GMR Group) as the Chief Guest and a distinguished panel featuring Ms. Ruchi Dhawan Sharma (IndiGo), Mr. Kapil Mehra (Blue Planet), Mr. Raj Tanwar (AIonOS), Mr. Rajeev Sharma (JBM Group), and Mr. Harish Pahuja (Honda Motorcycles India).

Expert discussions, moderated by Dr. Preeti Malhotra, explored the evolving role of trust in workplace culture, the impact of AI and automation, and the importance of attracting and retaining top talent.

Key insights included:

- Trust is a measurable and essential factor in workplace success.
- AI should be an enabler that enhances human potential, not a replacement.
- Organizations must prioritize employee well-being and sustainable talent strategies to stay competitive.

The summit also aligned HR strategies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG9 – Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure & SDG17 – Partnership for the Goals), emphasizing ethical technology integration and inclusive workforce development.
