Introduction: Dr. Aneesha PR is a passionate legal educator with over 21 years of distinguished experience in teaching, research, academic leadership and community based legal outreach. An authority in Jurisprudence, International Law, Human Rights, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Dr Aneesha is widely recognized for her commitment to transformative legal education and mentoring the next generation of legal professionals. Her teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in fostering critical thinking, upholding professional ethics, and promoting public service.

Prior to joining GDGU, Dr. Aneesha served as the Principal of the Cooperative School of Law, Thodupuzha, where she led the institution through a period of remarkable transformation. Under her leadership, the college achieved top rankings among Mahatma Gandhi University affiliates, launched impactful collaborations, and established centre’s focused on legal aid, mediation, and women empowerment. She also held senior academic roles at Saveetha School of Law and the School of Indian Legal Thought.

Dr. Aneesha holds a Ph.D. in Business and Human Rights, along with two LL.M. degrees-in Human Rights Law and Intellectual Property & Cyber Law. Her areas of expertise include curriculum innovation, faculty development, student mentoring, and institutional networking.

A recipient of several research accolades, she has presented her work at global forums, including Humboldt University, Berlin.
