Presently - Associate Director- Corporate Resources Center with GD Goenka University, Gurgaon.
Alumni IIMC, he completed his Executive Program in Business Management.
He worked with US based top fortune 500 companies like American Cyanamid Co. & Abbott for more than 20 years at various key positions. His experience and participation includes international acquisitions and mergers of renowned MNCs.
Prior to GDGU he worked as Vice President (Program Outreach), Indian Operations at Victorian Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He was also Director-Admission & Chairman (Placement Committee) at Taxila Business School.
He worked with ICFAI group for 14 years as Regional Head (Western & Northern India) one of the premium institutions for Management programs at senior level for more than 14 years.
His area of specialization is Marketing and HR, expertise to manage decentralized teams, training sessions at various corporates and institutes, MDPs for young professionals to hone their overall personality and skills to fit in the business world.
He was invited as Keynote Speaker at various AICTE sponsored, National and International Seminars by various engineering and management colleges and also conducted FDPs. In addition lot of contribution in recruitment, training & development processes, union management relations, established various ways to manage decentralized work force, reporting structures, offices/Branch Setups. He has rich experience of more than 3-1/2 decades at various pivotal positions in corporate as well as education sector.
