Introduction:

Ms. Anjali Khantal is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy, School of Healthcare & Allied Sciences at GD Goenka University. She has a total of 4 years of teaching experience and has previously worked at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Pharmacy, Indore, MP, and as a guest faculty at Government Ashtang Ayurveda College, Indore. Ms. Anjali specializes in Vedic drug formulations, focusing on the Ayurvedic and pharmaceutical perspectives of herbal drugs.

With her extensive teaching portfolio, Ms. Khantal has taught D.Pharm, B.Pharm, BAMS, BHMS, and Pharm D courses, supervised student projects, and contributed to article writing and research presentations. She also has industrial experience in the Quality Assurance (QA) department at MCW Healthcare, Indore. Additionally, she is an active member of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and has earned multiple FDP, seminar, and conference certifications. She is experienced in managing NAAC, PCI, IQAC, Ayush Department, and NCISM inspections. Beyond academics, she excels in student counseling and motivation, organizing social events, and managing college cultural programs as a skilled Hindi anchor.

Research Area - current research includes the formulation of gomutra (cow urine), arjuna, and punarnava, alongside exploring active component extraction and isolation techniques.
