Introduction:

Dr. Nancy Arya currently holds the position of Associate Professor in the School of Engineering and Sciences, GD Goenka University, Gurugram. Her academic journey spans over 13 years, during which she has worked at various reputed universities and holds administrative experience as well. Her research areas include Cloud Computing, Wireless Networking & Security, and BlockChain Technology.

She has an impressive track record, including the publication of over 15 patents, with more than five patents granted. Additionally, she has made significant contributions to the academic community by authoring several books in the fields of blockchain and cloud computing, along with publishing over 30 high-quality research papers in internationally recognized Scopus and SCI-indexed journals and conferences.

She is an active member of several professional societies, including professional member of IEEE, IEI, CSI and others. Dr. Nancy is serving as a member of the reviewer board of various journals (SCI & Scopus indexed) and conferences. In addition to her research and academic pursuits, she is certified by IBM for DB2 Associate, and Deployment Professional Tivoli Directory Server V6.1. She is awarded for her strong contribution to Education in Research & Innovation by Women World of India.

She is also a nominee for the Outstanding Achievement Award by the Engineered Science Society for her dedication and contribution in the fields of Education, Science and Engineering. She is the silver medalist in M.Tech. Program for her academic excellence. Her dedication extends to mentoring and guiding research investigations for undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D. scholars with a focus on areas such as Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Distributed Computing, Wireless Networks and Security, and Machine Learning.
