College/University: University of Rajasthan, Banasthali University

Introduction:

Dr. Sharma brings more than eight years of extensive experience in teaching, research, and administration in the field of Microbiology, Biotechnology, and Agricultural Sciences. She served in different departments at various reputed positions as: 

• Visiting Lecturer at IHM, Pusa, College of Agriculture, Kota
• Assistant Professor at Maa Bharti PG College, University of Kota
• Assistant Professor & Head of Department in the School of Agriculture at Career Point University, Kota, Rajasthan.

Dr. Sharma has published more than twenty-five Research papers in peer-reviewed journals, one book chapter, and four popular articles. She has been invited and has attended various National and International Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, etc. She has organized and presented Lead & Invited Papers as well as Research Papers.

She is a recipient of the Young Scientist Award at the National Conference organized by ITM University, Niti Aayog; the Best Teacher Award during an International conference held at Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology, Rajasthan; Global Excellence Award 2023 by Bhavya Foundation and Niti Aayog.

So far Dr. Sharma has supervised several International and National Ph. D. Scholars.
