CAREER COUNSELING SESSION FOR GOVT POLYTECHNIC STUDENTS (25TH MAY,2022 11:00 a.m. – 01:30 p.m)
Counselling Session on 'Career Opportunities after Diploma and Undergrauation'
- Dr. Naresh Sharma organized a session for students of Nuh, Indri. This career counseling session helped all students to make wise decisions not only for their higher studies but also for better employment thereby leading to a great life ahead.
- The career counseling session was taken by Ms.Ashu Gautam, Associate Professor, and started her talk by asking the students their reasons for pursuing graduation/post-graduation. Many of the students replied that they were doing so in the pursuit of a job.
- Various paths were discussed and all the queries pertaining to admissions in National Universities were discussed. She also mentioned the requirement to be met for Engineers by 2030 due to upcoming fields like Electric Vehicle Technologies, and Semiconductor manufacturing where the Government is also keen on taking initiative as ‘Make in India’. He mentioned that for India to be recognized as a global power, we need to work towards ‘Made in India’ and not ‘Make in India’.
- The session ended with a vote of thanks and a campus visit.
