Prof. (Dr.) Mrs. Viney Kapoor Mehra has been the founder Vice- Chancellor of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonipat. Earlier she held the position of Commissioner, State Information Commissioner Punjab and Head, Department of Laws Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She is the member of Autonomy Review Committee of UGC and on the panel of NAAC for Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Educational Institutions. She has been frequently participating in various activities with UPSC, UGC, NAAC, Prominent Universities and other Institutes of Higher Learning.

Dr. Pinky Anand is a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India with a distinguished practice in diverse areas. She has served as an Additional Solicitor General of India at the Supreme Court of India. She is recipient of French National Order of Merit by President of the French Republic, directly at the level of “Officer”. She has received several awards for excellence in law including FICCI and Bharat Nirman. She is practicing in the Supreme Court of India and has fought numerous cases which have led to landmark judgments. She is an erudite speaker and writer and is active in social issues. She is recipient of Women Achievers Award from the International Association of Lions Clubs. She is a member of Governing body of the Bar Association of India. She is a well-known speaker at International and National Conferences.
