- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Guidelines for authors

All submitted manuscripts will be run through plagiarism software for which GD Goenka University has the license.
Any evidence of plagiarism, if found, the author will be notified by email, including the plagiarism report. If the similarity index is
low (less than 10%), the author(s) will be invited to revise the paper. If the similarity index is high, the papers will be rejected at
the desk-screening phase.

The journal aims at publishing high quality research in all significant fields of
humanities, social science and the allied fields. The journal’s multi-disciplinary nature offers the
contributors a range of choice for inter-disciplinary and diverse research studies while creating
new knowledge and understanding in the field of study.
The journal intends to be a committed scholarly platform for researchers across the world
while concentrating on theoretical and empirical research. The journal endeavors to generate and
disseminate critical analysis and research, while delivering solutions for the contemporary issues
on the wide spectrum of economics, environment, political science, psychology, sociology,
literature, linguistics, politics, philosophy, history, geography, inter alia.
GD Goenka University Journal of Perspectives in Social Science and Humanities Research publishes original research
papers about the different disciplines and areas of study that come under Humanities and Social
Sciences. Papers submitted to GD Goenka University Journal of Perspectives in Social Science and Humanities Research are
examined by at least three reviewers for plagiarism, originality, suggestions, and timeliness in
the context of related research. Reviews generally are completed in 30-60 days with publication
in the next issue.
GD Goenka University Journal of Perspectives in Social Science and Humanities Research appears twice in a year. All papers are published as soon as they have been accepted after screening for plagiarism and blind peer review.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle of making
research available to everyone free of cost, supporting the aim of a greater global exchange of
knowledge.

Brief Bio: Dr. Anjali Midha Sharan has earned her PhD, Masters and Bachelor’s qualification from Delhi University. Her training from Council for Adult & Experiential Learning USA, Laureate Universities Network, Stratford University and several other Institutions, has enabled her in leading several academic and training initiatives for various stakeholders including several senior executives of Top Organizations in domains of IT, Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Aviation, Port & Shipping, Telecom and Coveted Government Departments, Higher Educational Institutions & Schools. She has been trained extensively by notable Mentors in the field of Psychology. Her PhD research focused on the importance of beliefs in the process of healing. Brief Bio: Dr. Sudesh Kumar is an expert in the area of forced migration, gerontology, gender and social issues, environment sociology, social mobility and sociology of development. He is also an expert in qualitative research. He holds a Ph.D degree from the Indian Institute of technology (IIT Roorkee), UK. Under the MHRD fellowship.
