Dr. Shashank Shivaji Kamble

Professional Biography

Shashank Kamble expertise is in host-pathogen interactions in infectious diseases. He taught these subjects for almost two years, first at the University of Mumbai and thereafter at G D Goenka University.

Prior to taking up the current role in 2019, Shashank served as National Post Doctoral Fellow (DST-SERB) and as Research Scientist at Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Shashank earned his PhD from the CSIR-Institute of Genomics & Integrative Biology, and MSc (Microbiology) and BSc (Microbiology) from the University of Mumbai.
