Introduction:

I am Dr. Mona Raghuwanshi, a passionate educator and researcher dedicated to the field of Agricultural Extension Education and Rural Sociology. My academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences from RVSKVV, Gwalior. Building upon this foundation, I pursued my Master's degree in Agricultural Extension Education and Rural Sociology, further honing my expertise in these critical areas.

In 2022, I proudly attained my Ph.D. from RVSKVV, marking a significant milestone in my academic career. Throughout my doctoral studies, I delved deep into Impact of training programme conducted by Krishi Vigyan kendra Gwalior, contributing valuable insights to the field.

Combining my research acumen with a passion for teaching, I transitioned into the role of an Assistant Professor at GD Goenka University, Sohna. Here, I have had the privilege of shaping the minds of aspiring professionals, fostering a dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking and innovation.

As I continue to embark on this journey of academic excellence, I am committed to making meaningful contributions to the field of Agricultural Extension Education and fostering positive change in rural communities.
