Dr. Bikash Subba, an accomplished Assistant Professor, is deeply committed to creating an immersive and inclusive learning environment. With a strong dedication to advancing scholarly research, implementing effective teaching methodologies, and fostering student engagement, his primary goal is to ignite intellectual curiosity and cultivate a lasting enthusiasm for learning.

He completed his PhD in Agricultural Entomology from Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya in 2019. Prior to joining GD
Goenka University, Dr. Subba was affiliated to Sikkim University and later with ITM University. During his tenure at these institutions, he actively contributed his expertise to the academic community. Dr. Subba specializes in various fields including Biological Control of Pests and Diseases, Insect Ecology, Insect Taxonomy, Integrated Pest Management, Crop Protection Entomology, and insect pollinators. His extensive research contributions are evident in his prolific publication record, comprising research papers and book chapters covering diverse aspects of agricultural entomology. Moreover, he has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences, showcasing his research findings to a wider audience.

Dr. Subba is not only dedicated to academic pursuits but also actively involved in practical initiatives. He has organized numerous workshops aimed at imparting technical knowledge on organic farming to farmers in Sikkim, thereby contributing to the dissemination of valuable information and the promotion of sustainable agricultural practices.
